Made for the exhibition Calibrating Collaboration at Motorcade/Flashparade, Bristol, May 2013. Each participating artist wrote a blueprint for an artwork for another artist in the show to make. I began with a deconstruction of the blueprint I was given to understand the artist's intentions ie the vulnerability of intimacy and privacy when exposed to a voyeuristic gaze. Words from the artist's story merge with clips from a video interview to create uncertainty in the viewer - in a sense our stories are our own propaganda - stripped of linear narrative, the viewer is free to speculate whether what they see is fact or fiction.
